Sallat Little Gem Punk Garden Stuff If you want to extendPurslane is an underrated salad plant with branched plants that grow to about 25 35 cm high. The Golden Purslane variety is yellow green and produces plenty of thick, crispy leaves with a wonderfully fresh and tangy flavor that is just as good raw as it is cooked. Purslane contains very high levels of omega 3 as well as vitamins A and C. Plant out after the last night of frost or remain indoors as a houseplant. Botanical name : Portulaca oleracea
