Renskav - suovas Hjort deep flavorOur suovas smoked sauted reindeer is of the same fine quality as our "regular sauted reindeer". The fact that it is suovas means that it has been smoked and thus has a more wonderfully intense flavour. If you want to offer your guests a product they will never forget, this is your best choice. Suovas is Sami for "smoked". Our suovas is prepared according to a local ancient method where the meat is first salted and then cold smoked in a hut. Birch wood
