This one is more elegant, and definitely not violent. Very delicate and very durable. 12 months in barrique and tonneaux (225 liters and 500 liters). The wine is almost 100% Sangiovese, but there is a small part, less than 10%, Cannaiolo and Colorino. This is because the field was originally planted to Chianti, and these typical grapes have
