the latest rendition of Savart's NV Extra Brut Premier Cru L'Accomplie opens in the glass with notions of pear

(from 90 to 100 year old vines in Les Bussières plus the fruit that used to make the regular cuvée of La Combe d’Orveau)

Bruno Clair, Vosne Romanee Champs Perdrix other_regions Fleshy but focused on the(from a . 93 ha parcel of 60+ year old vines). A timid but delicately spiced nose reflects notes of soft oak, fresh red berry fruit, dark cherry and plum. The velvety medium weight flavors possess good midpalate concentration while being shaped by fine grained tannins on the saline and mineral inflected finish that delivers excellent depth and persistence.
