clean and moderately dry finale

Here the expressive and more elegant nose is much spicier though perhaps not quite as complex with its higher-toned blend of cool red cherry

and it has a long mineral-driven finish

complicated by a sexy potpourri element

green apple and discreet spice elements evidences just a touch of pain grillé

Philippe Pacalet, Puligny Montrachet Size:12x750ml clean and moderately dry finale(from 3 vineyards including Le Trzin). An attractively floral suffused nose enjoys top notes of both lemon rind and mint. I very much like the texture of the vibrant middle weight flavors that terminate in a clean and dry finish that is borderline tannic.
