Description
Outstanding quality for its level and recommended
the 2006 is still a young Champagne that requires cellaring
it performs beautifully in more difficult vintages as well
(this has the highest average vine age of these grands crus at 40+ years of age)
which makes it accessible even today
Marc Sorrel, Hermitage Blanc Vintage:2012 Outstanding quality for its levelThe 2009 Hermitage Blanc exhibits notes of acacia flowers, honeysuckle, white peach, quince and white currants. Medium bodied with good acidity, at present it is not performing any better than the more forward 2009 Crozes Hermitage Blanc.
