Butcher BBQ Open Pit Pork Injection Pacifica A special blend of spicesThis marinade is designed to be injected into the meat to increase the moisture while intensifying the natural pork and open pit flavor. Mix one 3 4 cup of Pork Injection with two (2) cups of water. Other options are to split 1 2 the water with different fruit juices, cola or vegetable broth. Be sure on thicker cuts of meat (as in pork shoulder and pork loins) to reach the center of the meat.
