Hier kommt Trommelwirbel eine riesige Siebtrommel ins Spiel, die alles passiert. Danach bleiben die Steine in der Trommel und die reine Kirsche wird vergoren. So gibt es am Gaumen schlussendlich weniger Bittermandel und deutlich mehr Kirsch.
