Dominio do Bibei LACIMA 2020 Rosé Afslutningen er stram og energiskA crisp and elegant wine with a fine Atlantic character. It brilliantly showcases what the unique terroir of Ribeira Sacra can offer. A meditative wine that is incredibly pleasant, while challenging the senses through extraordinary complexity, purity, and fine flavor details. The structure is reminiscent of classic Burgundy, but with a fruit density that can only come from this unique terroir. A wine that will only get better in the coming years. 75%
