2023, Bout D'Zan, AOP Cotes de Rhone Magnum Naturvin Cuvée des Gueux er AdrienBout D'Zan bears the nickname from Jean Pierre Thibon's childhood and is a tribute to the family's roots, which date back to 1670. This biodynamic cuve (7580% Grenache, 2025% Syrah) is spontaneously fermented in steel tanks and aged in used oak barrels all to preserve a red Rhne expression with character and history.
